Yellow Chicken Curry

Description
Chicken Yellow Curry is a milder and creamier version of Thai curry. Its gentle yellow color is due to turmeric, which is a key ingredient in the paste. Unlike red curry, yellow curry typically contains less chili, making it less spicy and more approachable for a wider audience. The paste is made from turmeric, coriander, cumin, ginger, onions, garlic, and often lemongrass. When mixed with coconut milk, it creates a velvety sauce into which chicken pieces and vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, and onions are added. The flavor is often enhanced with lime and kaffir lime leaves. Served with rice
