Description

Eel Poke (often called Unagi Poke) is a sweeter and more flavorful variation of the traditional Hawaiian poke dish. Its base is tender, smoked or grilled eel fillet (unagi), cut into pieces. The eel is usually drizzled with a thick, sweet sauce such as teriyaki sauce or a special eel sauce, which has a characteristic caramel flavor.
