Cheese Maki

Description
Cheese Maki is a roll valued for its soft texture and rich, creamy taste. Its base is a combination of sushi rice and typically one or more types of cream cheese (often Philadelphia-style cream cheese, but others can be used). The cream cheese gives the roll its distinctive creaminess and a mild, slightly salty flavor. It can be the sole filling or combined with other ingredients, such as vegetables (cucumber, avocado) or greens. This entire combination is neatly wrapped in a nori sheet. Cheese Maki is an excellent choice for those who prefer soft textures and mild, creamy flavors, as well as for those who do not eat raw fish but want to enjoy Japanese cuisine
